Siddiq Oglesby is a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer, accomplished student-athlete, and emerging leader with a strong commitment to youth development and community impact. With over four years of hands-on experience working with youth, Siddiq has cultivated a leadership style rooted in discipline, mentorship, and purpose.

Grounded in a solid foundation of business management, he seamlessly blends the resilience and focus gained through athletics with strategic leadership and real-world application. Siddiq is passionate about empowering the next generation, fostering personal growth, and creating opportunities that inspire long-term success.

As a visionary leader, he is dedicated to building impactful programs and sustainable initiatives that strengthen communities, support youth development, and drive meaningful change across both business and sports environments.

Brittany Stevenson serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Total Serenity Group Homes, where she oversees financial strategy, fiscal management, and operational infrastructure to ensure sustainable growth and high-quality care for youth. In her role, she leads budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and administrative operations, helping to build safe, structured, and empowering environments that support long-term success.

With over 25 years of experience at World Travel, Inc., Brittany brings deep expertise in corporate travel, contract management, and client financial services. Her background includes financial analysis, contract negotiations, and client retention strategy, positioning her as a results-driven leader known for her consistency, accountability, and strategic insight.

Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Brittany is a dynamic entrepreneur and community advocate. She is the founder of BLB Impact Solutions and co-founder of FoundHER Properties, an initiative dedicated to providing affordable housing for working women. She also serves as Assistant Director of Serenity Heart Home Care, where she champions compassionate, community-based care while creating meaningful employment opportunities for caregivers.

Brittany’s commitment to service extends into her leadership roles within the community. She serves on the board of Changemakers and as Secretary on the Executive Board of FundHER, supporting initiatives that empower women and underserved populations. In addition, she is a dedicated coach for the Pottstown High School Girls Basketball Team, where she mentors young athletes and instills discipline, confidence, and leadership both on and off the court.

Driven by purpose and impact, Brittany leverages her financial expertise and leadership to empower others—through housing, healthcare, youth development, and community advancement.

Asia Brisbon  She is a Registered Nurse with 9 years of diverse experience in telemetry, med-surg, and psychiatric nursing, with a focus on adolescent care. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care across both medical and behavioral health settings. She is currently pursuing her PMHNP, with the goal of expanding her impact in mental health care, particularly among adolescent populations. She is dedicated to continuous learning and advancing her practice.

Ciani Newkirk is a motivated and purpose-driven individual with a deep passion for uplifting and empowering youth. Her commitment to making a positive impact is reflected in both her professional experience and academic achievements.

Ciani has worked closely with young people in a variety of settings, including her role at the Philadelphia Juvenile Justice Center, where she supported and guided youth through challenging circumstances. She also gained valuable experience as a teacher’s aide, helping to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.

Her academic journey is marked by dedication and ambition. While attending Parkway Center City High School, Ciani participated in a dual enrollment program with the Community College of Philadelphia, earning her associate degree alongside her high school diploma. She continued her education at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated at the age of 20 with a bachelor’s degree.

In addition to her professional and academic accomplishments, Ciani is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization rooted in sisterhood, scholarship, and service.

Driven by her passion for youth development and community impact, Ciani continues to strive toward creating meaningful change and inspiring the next generation.

Tia Caul serves as the HR Compliance Manager for Total Serenity Group Homes, bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare and human services, along with a deep commitment to quality care, ethical standards, and regulatory excellence.

Tia’s extensive background in patient care includes over a decade in hospice services and 10 years in the emergency room, as well as hands-on experience in telemetry, EKG, and phlebotomy. She has worked across a variety of care settings, including home care, nursing homes, and hospital environments, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both clinical operations and the importance of compliance in delivering safe, effective care.

In addition to her clinical experience, Tia is the Owner and Director of Serenity Heart Home Care, which she has successfully led since 2019. In this role, she has overseen staffing, operations, and adherence to state regulations—experience that directly supports her leadership in HR compliance and workforce oversight.

Tia’s dedication to service extends beyond her professional work. As a foster parent for over 30 years, she has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to supporting children and families, reinforcing her passion for creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments.

As HR Compliance Manager, Tia plays a critical role in ensuring that Total Serenity Group Homes maintains regulatory compliance, upholds best practices in staffing and training, and fosters a culture of accountability, integrity, and compassionate care.
